Aluminum Clad Windows????
Aluminum clad windows can be high performance as long as the glass is rated high enough. I would go with the Pella 850 series I believe they are clad with aluminum on the outside and can be purchased in a variety of colors. Wood clad windows will not be maintenance free and vinyl windows probably wont have the quality of the aluminum Pella's. With the aluminum clad and a correct installation that will be your best bet....

Oh man that is so true! And it's not even like I throw parties. Sometimes it's just a few friends coming to hang out, and we'll all end up in the kitchen for hours. It's not like there isn't anywhere to sit outside the kitchen. And in my kitchen there are no chairs. I'm guessing this is a single-lever faucet? You've got a clogged cartridge. Depending on the brand/model, some can be dissasembeled and cleaned, while others need to be replaced (the cartridge, not the faucet :)...

It could be a few thing's. (1) How old is your pad. If it is old the pipe's are old and my need to be replaced. (2) Do you have a headder tank in your roof that will give you low pressure to. Good Luck...
